About this Site

   
        The purpose of this site is to help students learn about the ancient daily life in Ancient Egypt. It will act as a supplement to class materials to enhance understanding of the experience of life in Ancient Egypt by comparing subject matter to contemporary issues.


        This site has been designed by me, Torie Kirshe, for Mr. Marrone's 6th grade history class at Jackson-Mann School in Allston, Massachusetts. I am a student at Boston University studying English in the College of Arts and Sciences. This site is a requirement for the course ED 101, Introduction to Education, through the School of Education at Boston University.
